Returns & Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Arte Antwerp offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
